I found this the other day, and was able to set up a way on my android to have the feed from savior.org on my phone.
Go to the android market and download an app called IP cam viewer, set the camera type to a dlink dcs-5300 series on the add edit camera screen and point it to url: savior.org/cam/image.jpg?dummy=1263597630302
This is a streaming video player so you are seeing a live image, not a screen capture.

Also, for you die-hard Catholics like me, download an app called “world tour” and you can set the Vatican’s webcam of St. Peter’s square as your phones wallpaper!
