yes. yes. ask him for the grace to get you to confession. If you have time for only one thing, adoration or confession, go to confession first.

Absolutely! While mortal sin does cut our connection to God, it does not cut His connection to us. He continues to send us the grace of repentance. Being present before the Blessed Sacrament will allow those graces to have still greater effect. As the other post has said, ask for the grace and strength to go to confession.
