Eucharistic Fast.

I know that currently we are supposed to fast one hour prior to receiving Holy Communion, but if I am attending the TLM today, should I have monitored the traditional law of three hours? I just finished eating a hearty breakfast and realized that I will be attending the TLM in 2 hours. Normally I try to not eat or drink anything (except for water) the morning I go to the TLM, but I was very hungry and did not think of the traditional three hour fast until just now.

The disciplinary laws of the Church are universal and the requirement is for a one-hour fast, no matter the rite. I suspect that this three-hour fast is a devotional practice for those who attend the TLM, but it is not binding under pain of sin.

IOW, the Church does not have separate disciplines for EF that are different from the OF.

All that is required is one hour before reception of Holy Communion whether He will be received in either Old Rite or Novus Ordo. You may observe the 3 hour fast, or 12 hours, or whatever you wish, but these are additional devotions.
