Hello,

Can a Catholic who has received all the sacraments (Bapt, Euch. and Conf) marries a non-Catholic outside the Church receive the Eucharist?
 
  1. A person in this situation should seek the advice of a priest. See what can be done to rectify things.
    2)No a Catholic not married in the church may not receive communion.
    3)A Catholic is still obligated to attend Mass

Not usually. Attempting marriage and continuing to live with the person as if he/she was a spouse would be living in a continued state of sin. Such a person would not be properly disposed to receive Communion.
