May God’s peace, love and mercy be with you all!
You can also adore Our Good Lord Jesus who is present and kept in the tabernacle in each and every Catholic church throughout the world. When you go inside the church you will see a candle lit right next to the tabernacle indicating that there are sacred hosts inside the tabernacle indicating the presence of Our Good Lord Jesus.
What I usually do when I get to the church before mass, I start adoring Him and then when the mass is finished, I stay for a few minutes to keep Him company and adore Him some more. We can also adore Him, Who is inside of us, since we receive Him in holy communion. Sometimes I just lift my mind to God and adore Him as I am driving etc., doing the ordinary duties of my state of life. Sometimes when I drive by the Catholic church, I just bow my head, make a sign of the cross, blow Him a kiss and adore Him saying (I think it was St. Francis used to say it):
“We adore you O Christ and we bless You, because by Your holy Cross, You have redeemed the world.”
Sometimes, I am able to go to a chapel that has a perpetual adoration. Sometimes, I just drop by the chapel on any time of the day and spend time with Our Good Lord Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament for a few moments. When I am at home and using the computer, I usually go the website that has an online perpetual adoration. So, on the left side of the screen is Our Good Lord, on the other half of the screen for example is the catholic answer forum. So, with any prayer requests and concerns in the forum, I just glance at Our Good Lord in the other half of the screen and bring it up to Him right away to take care of the situation. It’s awesome to get to spend time with Our Lord and see Him while at the same time helping other souls with their concerns and prayer requests.
The website that has an online perpetual adoration is:
saintmartins.psbackup.com/WebCameras/AdorationChapel/tabid/825/Default.aspx
So, whether we are able to go to a chapel that has eucharistic adoration with the Blessed sacrament exposed, doing an online adoration, or just sitting in front of the tabernacle in the catholic church or chapel, we are still adoring the same Lord Jesus. Now that is awesome!
Blessed be Jesus and Mary!
