European Christmas Recipes

I teach a Geography class and am looking for traditional European Christmas recipes to prepare w/ my class.

The thing is, we don’t have access to a stove or oven, so we can only “prepare” something, not actually cook. I am searching on line, but I’m also wondering if anyone can suggest a simple recipe or two we could prepare. I bring the ingredients with me and the class prepares the dish. —KCT
 
Try noodles with poppyseed, nuts and raisins and maybe figs and/or almonds? 😉 A very traditional Polish one and simple to make.
