“Evangelical prophets” my foot. And I agree that there is no saintly comparison between Trump and those in the Bible, but I can point out one thing that we all seem to have forgotten straight out of the Gospel of St. Luke, chapter 4.

So I suggest that we all remember verses 6 and 7 and that Jesus didn’t rebuke that assertion but only the demand for worship in exchange for power and position. Also one might be informed by reading 1st Samuel chapters 8 through 10 about God’s response to the Israelite’s demand for a king.

Why can’t anti-Trumpers admit Trump has done any good at all? The criticism came as soon as he took office. Before he could even accomplish one thing, it was impeach Trump. All I hear is soap opera stories on the news. Melania changed out of her spike heels to visit Texas. Melania stayed in New York so Baron could finish his year at school. Trump should have said this and that. What is said isn’t good enough. Bla Bla Bla. Who cares.
I happen to agree with his immigration policies and his pro-life stance.
He reinstated the Mexico City policy within 10 days of his inauguration.

I do not think so! Trump has been criticized long before he took office, so please do not make him out to be a victim. A lot of what Trump has said and done falls on his on shoulders going back way before his election. No one to blame but himself.

Who are these prophets? Whoever they are, I say that they are false prophets, exactly like the court prophets who said nice things about Ahab and other wicked kings in the Bible.
So Trump has been “chosen” to “expose the corruption,” while any attempt to expose his corruption is condemned? God apparently only cares about some people’s corruption and not others?
