I’m not sure how to address this because it seems wrong and he seems to respond to every church father quote about the real presence as out of context and then gives some random quote saying it was only symbolic. This goes to all non Catholics on this forum mainly and also Catholics who see blatant errors in this persons blog. Thanks!

Tell that to all the ancient apostolic churches who adhere to the traditions of the early church:
The Roman Catholic Church
Eastern Catholic Churches
Eastern Orthodox Churches
Oriental Orthodox Church
Assyrian Church of the East

Let’s listen to the earliest of earliest fathers.

“[Gnostic heretics] abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer because they do not confess that the Eucharist is the flesh of our Savior Jesus Christ, flesh which suffered for our sins and which that Father, in his goodness, raised up again. They who deny the gift of God are perishing in their disputes” -Ignatius of Antioch, Letter to the Smyrnaeans 6:2–7:1

Ignatius of Antioch is said to be associated with both John and perhaps even ordained by Peter. Ignatius was second or third bishop of Antioch… you know, the place where Christians were first called “Christians.”
