Is there a formal process in Catholicism where a lay person can be an evangelist or a teacher about Catholicism? In other words, the internet is full of people who are giving their support to the Catholic Church. Can anyone do this? What specific guidelines do they have?

the only requerment to teach the faith is to know and practice the faith. to do so in an offical way (like at a catholic school) is to have some kind of schooling in the catholic faith such as one would obtain from a university. but just live your faith and you will teach it.
