Prayers for those in New York and Connecticut, especially, where it now appears the storm will be worse than was forecast earlier.

We have gotten more snow here in southeast PA than was forecast—12 inches already, with plenty of storm still to come.

Update**:** Praise God! I the electricity has not gone out and, with God’s help, it will stay on! All is normal except for the snow outside. There has been plenty of snow and am now half-way shoveled out. No Mass tomorrow for me! There is no way on 3’ of snow!

Our Lord’s Angels worked hard! Praise God! Electricity did not go out at all - not even a flicker! :extrahappy:We had snow drifts of a little more than 4 feet, but I did not have to shovel through them! God is good! All the time!

Lord Jesus and Our Lady of the Snows, protect, shelter us so that this huge Nor’easter the experts are predicting turns out to be next to nothing. Please block its way; send it fast out to sea; protect me, my dear friends, and your other children, Dear Lady, my Mother. Send the Angels to protect me, my friend, and your other children. Please ask your Divine Son, Our Lord, to calm this storm just as He calmed the storm when He was awakened in the boat. Give us the faith to command the storm to vanish and ask the Angels of the Lord for protection.

Lord, as You know, The March for Life in Washington, D.C. is the “day of the storm”. Please Lord, all these people must be praying for their safety and well-being not really knowing what to expect. Turn the storm away, Lord, in a way that it shows everyone that You are the One in charge and You love the lives that the Marchers are trying to save. Lord, I just heard that 1" of snow in DC caused havoc last night with a ride from one airport to DC taking 5 hours. Lord, they are now in “state of emergency” and “snow state of emergency” planned for later. Lord protect the Marchers. Let Your glory be shown.

I am on the Jersey Shore. We lost power for about an hour, nothing bad at all.

While I an thankful that the power outages were minimal, I am more thankful that my family and I still have our lives. I pray now for the souls of those who lost their lives, including a pregnant woman who died shoveling snow in Pennsylvania.
