Speaking of the Marlins, I can’t believe Ozzie Guillen got himself suspended already because of the comments he made about Fidel Castro.

I used to live in South Florida and if there is one thing you knew while living down there is that you near say the words “I love Fidel Castro” or “I respect Fidel Castro.” Those statements are absolutely forbidden down there. I’m just surprised he didn’t get fired.

I’m surprised Ozzie’s mouth didn’t get himself into hot water sooner 😉 I cann’t stand political correctness, but even I know there’s some things you don’t say on South Beach and what Ozzie said was one of those things I know.

I am ready. Too bad the Giants are not. Oh well maybe when they come home Go Giants:thumbsup:

Thanks to Joanthan Broxton, aka Rick “Wild Thing” Vaughn, Oakland defeated my Royals yesterday in the bottom of the 12th without the aid of a base hit 😦

This is the part where The Twins start to show a glimmer of hope and the image of improvement… then they will utterly collapse mid season. 🤷

I’m originally from Northeast Ohio, so I grew up an Indians fan. I still remember watching Tribe players like Luis Tiant, Vic Davalillo, Sam McDowell, and Rocky Colavito. We haven’t won a World Series since 1948, but I still have faith in Chief Wahoo’s boys of summer!

Go Tribe!

It truly is the Easter season, the Red Sox are risen from the dead!

Nice dust up with the Royals the other day. Old school, lol. I have no idea what Moustakis was upset about, someone had to get hit over the Choo stuff. If you don’t want to get hit tell your pitcher to learn how to throw inside without hitting people.

I would like to thank the Royals for participating in the 2012 MLB season. Fruit snacks, juice boxes and participation ribbons are available for the team.

Good grief, what an ugly, ugly weekend series with the Royals and tonight, the Royals get to face Verlander and the Tigers

After a 1-4 start, it was great to see the Tribe rebound with the sweep at KC. I think we scored over 30 runs in 3 games, so its nice to see the bats finally awake.

I love watching Masterson pitch. That kid has one heck of an arm!

While losing their 8th straight game tonight, the Royals hit into an embarassing triple play…so much for this being “Our Time”, which was the Royals slogan for this year. How many days until college teams report for training camp?

I’m listening to the Detroit-Boston opener on my iPad. I love technology. 😃

Go Tigers!
I’m a big Tigers fan, also!! Verlander is the most amazing pitcher, and I look forward to this time of year…Tiger games and EWTN are about the only tv I watch anymore!

Dear Jesus our Lord and Savior,

Please bring the Twins a pitching staff. Amen.

Your humble servant,
Joshua C.

This is incredible. I can’t believe there is this much on baseball in a Catholic Answers Forum. Anyway, while were on the subject I’m for the Rays!! And I would support a CAF baseball thread.

The losing streak is OVER!!! In my best John Sterling voice, “Royals win!! THEEEEEEEE Royals win!!!”
