Bishop Barron’s excellent Easter homily was on that subject. Basically, we know the resurrection happened, because if it hadn’t, we wouldn’t be in church celebrating it, but would have forgotten all about the poor crucified guy, like all the other victims of the Romans. The resurrection was an explosion that changed the world.
