Evil within our school system

No it isn’t. The title is “Evil within our school system.” This not the same as “Nonchristian education is evil.”

Yes. Discussing the evils in the public school system.

My parents sent my siblings and I to Catholic school. They often told us “how lucky we were” etc. and let us knw just how horrible they thought the pubic schools were. My husband and I have chosen to sent our kids to public school. My family has been horrible about it. My mom told me that she “did things right” with her kids. My brother, in front of my kids even, will mock public schools and tell his kids if they don’t behave he will make them go to public school. They also often say how much “better” the Catholic schools are. My sister told me that “all public school kids are the same”.

Wow…if that were to happen in our family, I’d let my brother know if he spoke like that in front of my kids he no longer needed to be “in front of my kids”.

My sister told me that “all public school kids are the same”.

Have you challenged her on that? I’d ask her what she’s trying to say about my kids / her nieces/nephews? I’d even say, maybe the same thing with your mom.

That’s just awful.
