Evolution and rasicm can only be used in the same sentance such as
Most racists believe in the theory of relativity!
In fact i would go as far as saying less racists believe in evolution than relativity. Religion for a very long time was used as the excuse to being racist, and a lot of the old testiment is extremly racist. But that hardly means that religion can be blamed any more than evolution.
What can be blamed is the segregation that goes on even today between people of different races and cultural backgrounds. Poor education and parents passing on biggoted ideals to their children and continuing the circle of hate and discrimination.
Can evolution be used as an excuse for being a racist. It most certainly can. But then justifying the unjust you can use just about anything you like, the sensible and more ‘evolved’ of us recognize it for what it is. While the people who are racist are happy to jump on the bandwagon. Be it religious or scientific.
