Evolution spawns ape like people!

I thought it was a picture of somebody looking for their contact lens. REading the article it seems to be about a family or group of people afflicted by some disorder that has a genetic basis. hardly any proof of evolution, backwards or forwards. the title of the website should be weird science, not world science.
 
Everyone crawls on all fours as an infant, for a while.
But these people never could learn to walk upright, nor were they encouraged to try, as they were brain damaged and their sense of balance was affected.
 
We use to have the biggest willow tree in our back yard. I use to grab hold of several long thin branches and swing over the ground on them when I was a kid.

Is it scientifically plausible to say my ancestral ape-like genes were surfacing whenever I would monkey around?

All right, am i the only one who thinks this is a hoax? I mean, what are the odds that the only quadruped male and quadruped female in the world would find each other and have a family? Furthermore, their backs look like the backs of regular upright walking people. Bears walk both upright and on all fours and their backs form a natural shape when they switch postures; they don’t just look like they’re bending over.
Anyway according to evolution (as per my college biology book last summer), genetic mutations happen all the time. If the traits are helpful, the organism will live to pass them on and fluorish. If not, they’ll be bred out of the species within several generations. It seems to me that the only reason this particular genetic mutation has gotten any attention whatsoever is because secularists see it as a way to continue proving the idiocy of belief in a Creator. There have been scientific hoaxes aplenty and even recently with the cloning scandal in Korea. I remain unconvinced, but willing to eat crow if i’m wrong.
 
Assuming the story is accurate and true, this is not an example of evolution, nor is it an example of regression. It is an example of a genetic flaw that leads to mutated freaks, to the detriment of the afflicted victims.

It’s not surprising that the Darwinists would seize on this to try to prove some point, though. Sort of the evolutionist version of the bombardier beetle.
