Hi guys,

EWTN came to Denver! Yes, I happen to live in the beautiful mountain state and got a chance to see the EWTN Family!
šŸ‘ Got to see Fr. Charles Connor, Marcus Grodi, Raymond Arroyo and Deacon Bill Steltimeyer and you guessed itā€¦Fr. Francis and Fr. Mark with Life on the Rock!šŸ‘
šŸ‘

Also attended Mass but was disappointed againā€¦canā€™t recieve our Lord yet!!! :crying: But then again, I got to see all the preists!!

I also went to my FIRST Eucharistic Adoration!! I went in, kneeled down, and than prayed. Iā€™ll tell you what, thereā€™s NO DOUBT thereā€™s a TRUE PRESENCE!!! I left the room with a strong Presence in my soul and spirit. Wow! What a gfift, WHAT A GIFT!!!

If you guys live in Oakland, San Antonio. etc. and EWTN is coming, GO! Well, that is, if you got the tickets!

Made my weekend!

Youā€™re lucky. I was glued to the t.v. and watched most of it. Raymondā€™s talk on Mother Angelica was very great. You could just sense how much he loves her.

I watched it all on Saturday. I must Father Mitch on Sunday.
It was great.

Paris,

Youā€™re causing your brother in Christ to fall into the sin of envyā€¦

I went to the ā€œFullness of Truthā€ conference in Corpus Christi, TX earlier this year, and Iā€™ll second that seeing them in person is far more powerful than seeing them on T.V.

God Bless

Iā€™m glad you had the oppertunity to attend and also go to E Adoration. We just got one of our Catholic Chruches, so I plan to go soon.
Hang in thereā€¦when you are finally able to recieve our Lord sacramentally it will be the most wonderfull thing that has ever happened to you.
many blessing!

Theyā€™re coming to our area, Philadelphia, in the Spring, and I already ordered our tickets! šŸ˜ƒ Iā€™m really looking forward to it. We donā€™t know whoā€™s coming yet, but I know itā€™ll be great!

Peace,
Linda

I, too, was blessed with the opportunity to attend this awsome event. My husband and son (8 yrs) also attended. There are no words to explain how we felt. My little one had our celebrities sign his Bible.

Yeah not to mention coming home and watching the encore presentation of it, I saw myself on TV!! I had to laugh because I told our Lord, please donā€™t let them get a glimpse of me so I have to be on TV! But our Lord had something in mind! But the good part about that was, I was in the background, not up close šŸ˜‰

It was funny in a way because whenever the camera switched to recording the audience, most looked up on the screen in the building to see if they were on TV!! šŸ˜›

I live about an hour and 15 minutes from Oakland and plan to attend in January. Do you suggest that I spend the night in a motel or will I have enough time to commute? I am not familiar with the city of Oakland so maybe commuting is not a good idea.

Any other hints for a prospective attendee?

Note to all who will be attending the EWTN 25th anniversary conferences in the coming months.

I was a little surprised about the low numbers at Denver.

I listened to the replay of Colin Donovanā€™s (sp?) radio show last Friday evening and he spoke about this. He said what happened was that many folks who requested ā€œticketsā€ or ā€œspotsā€ for the conference either didnā€™t come, or did not use their alotted number. This despite the fact they apparently (sp) had a waiting list.

So, Colin respectfully asked folks who were coming to the future events to make sure they use all of their ā€œticketsā€ and if they didnā€™t he asked they contact EWTN to ā€œgive backā€ if-you-will the unused number of ā€œticketsā€ they werenā€™t going to use.

From what he said the other events are either ā€œsold-outā€ or darn near it. He said that EWTN does have a waiting list for people wanting to attend the other conferences which are booked up.

Just thought I would pass this along.

I too very much enjoyed the Denver talks ā€” but I most especially enjoyed watching the reaction of the attendees!

They were so happy to be there!

God bless EWTN & Mother Angelica, and all who support them.
