The Ordinary Magisterium, as in the collective and consistent teaching of the pope and bishops in every time and place, is indeed infallible. The personal teachings of individual bishops, including individual popes, is not infallible.

This is impossible. It cannot happen.

Also in the case of Pope Francis many people seem to ignore the fact he has stated publicly on a number of occasions that there are no changes to Church doctrine and nor will there be.
 
Yep. See “C” in that article - the ordinary universal Magisterium is infallible.

People freak out pretty regularly. The Church is no stranger to controversy . Unfortunately the internet age allows rampant speculation and doomsayers to gain much more traction than say 1000 years ago.
