Examination for Scrupulous pamphlet

Hi,
I’m trying to find a website or pdf pamphlet for an Examination of Conscience for the Scrupulous.
Last time I was at confession my priest told me that’d be a good idea for me to do. I’ve done searches to find one but all I’ve found are articles about scrupulously. I was hoping to go tomorrow to confession but if I can’t find an exam pamphlet, I’ll have to wait til I ask my priest for one.
Hopefully I’ll hear from someone on catholic forums.

You might want to check out the 10 commandments for the scrupulous. My Priest recommends it, even for people that might be mildly scrupulous. It will make you feel better!
