I am in search of an examination of conscious for a scrupulous person. I am preparing to make my first confession, but I have recognized that I am extremely scrupulous. Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, if you are scrupulous, please discuss with a priest. You may want to try to make an appointment to have this discussion outside of confession itself, since if it’s your first confession then you will likely have enough to deal with just getting through the unfamiliar process when it is time to actually confess.
