Annie…e-mailing your priest or secretary or even another priest in the area seems like the thing to do that’s probably easiest for you. When e-mailing him also you can ask if, along with prayers for you, he knew of any person who’d be willing to help you with other things (unless you already have someone that does) so you can get support, as mentioned by an previous poster.
