After I read the book of Exodus, and God depicted in the Exodus.
But Why ? Any reasons ?

To which depiction do you refer? God was depicted as a burning bush (a docile depiction), and as a bringer of plagues, and as a great deliverer, and as a pillar of fire, and a column of smoke, and a finger of flame (in carving the Ten Commandments) and a provider (of water and food) and as a great military champion.

I’m probably missing a dozen or so roles. Each role fulfilled a specific purpose (which was a response to a specific need). To which depiction do you refer?
 
When it is necessary for God to make Himself apparent to us mortals, He does so in whatever way is best at the time to achieve His message. What we see in Exodus are various methods which God uses to communicate - burning bushes that are not harmed by fire, for example, are not exactly common in nature so that obviously gets the attention of the human that happens to come across it…

I wouldn’t say that the ‘depictions’ were literary devices, I’d say that’s what happened and it was done that way because that was God’s will. Who are we to argue?!

Good morning, Paul,

In my opinion, the word “Redeemer” wraps up and includes all the different manifestations of Almighty God in the book of Exodus. From saving baby Moses, from educating him as a prince of Egypt, from his finding refuge after he slew the Egypton and marrying Miriam, to messenger when he returned to his people and spoke with Pharaoh, to Messiah when he led Israel out of Egypt, to prophet and leader as he led them through the wilderness and as elder when he turned his job over to Joshua. This last is a prefigure of God the Father turning things over to God the son after Christ’s resurrection and ascent to Heaven.

Why is simple. So we can worship and love our Creator. We know we have a victorious God over all the other gods of history. There’s lots more, but these sum up my opinion.
