How have you experienced heaven on earth today? For me: The hug my wife and I share each morning just after waking. The birds singing at sunrise.

You know the other day I read that “Heaven is where God is”. If you think about it every time we go to adoration we are in heaven. Every time we receive Him in Holy Communion, we receive heaven :)!

Mass, Mass, Mass. More than any of these wonderful experiences such as nature and family, Mass is where it is, and not just figuratively, but in a true reality. The only thing is that our senses do not perceive it, but heaven is where we are at during the Mass.

Praying the Liturgy of the Hours also brings about this reality, by extension, due to its intimate connection with the Mass.

I wish. I try, but sometimes stumble. Nevertheless, being there with Our Lord, God. Well, that’s about as close as we get in this life.

I would reply ‘coffee in the morning’ but unfortunately I’m trying out a new diet. Would probably update later 😂

All the times I realize that right now, in this moment, God is in me and I am in Him and He LOVES me 😇😇😇

Whatever great experience we have here, I don’t think it can be compared to heaven. Heaven, I would think, is 1000 times better.

“What no eye has seen, nor ear heard,
nor the heart of man conceived,
what God has prepared for those who love him,”

-Paul’s Letter to the Corinthians

Where can we go that God is not? Today I experienced heaven in the form of seeing one neighbor sweeping snow from the rear steps and handicap ramp of another neighbor.
