Explain the difference

What is the difference between sexual contact and impure contact?
I’m confuse with these two terms for confession.suppose I explode by doing this what should it be name.

Sexual contact is not in itself a sin, it is either pure or impure.

Pure contact would be something like contact with a spouse within marriage.
Impure contact would be outside of marriage or with yourself.

That’s just the basic idea.
