Explanation of different Catholic spiritualities?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a book or website that explains the different spiritualites found in Catholicism, for example Franciscan, Carmelite, Salesian, Benedictine, Augustinian, etc? I’m especially interested in less known spiritualies, but I’m afraid I don’t know much about them in general.

These books would be what you are looking for; the first is a one-volume consideration of the various spiritualities represented in the Orders of the Church. The second is a two-volume series that does the same, but more extensively.

For anyone looking for free spiritual reading, there is a wonderful site online called the Christian Classics Etherial Library. It has writngs and entire books that you can download from many spiritual writers, Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant. They have a very good search engine too.

Thank you for all the replies. I actually found a copy of “Catholic Spirituality from A to Z,” which I will work my way through first as the other two suggestions look much heavier in content.
Also, FYI, the Dominicans have “Christian Spirituality in The Catholic Tradition” online at domcentral.org/study/aumann/cs/default.htm
