Just a warning, that site includes SSPX in its list. One should be careful to make sure the service they find is one that is in Communion with the Church.

It’s not a perfect list (leaves out a few that I know of in the UK) but it is otherwise very good! Thank you for posting.

I’m sure if you contact the site owner, he or she will be happy to add them!

Good idea 🙂
In another listing, on another site, I noticed that my parish’s Sunday TLM was not posted although the weekly ones were. I notified the person who is the main promoter for the TLM in my parish and he notified the sight owner, and it was fixed within a week. 👍

A small error like that can make a big difference in TLM attendance at a parish.

You can still go. Just don’t go for marriage or confession.
Attendance an SSPX chapel does not fulfil Mass obligations nor should a Catholic receive the Eucharist at such masses. A Catholic who values their Communion with the Church should not attend an SSPX mass. The SSPX are not in Communion with the Church, simple as.

The code of Canon Law is very clear on this:
Can. 1248 §1 The obligation of assisting at Mass is satisfied wherever Mass is celebrated in a catholic rite either on a holyday itself or on the evening of the previous day.

Attendance at an SSPX chapel does fulfill the obligation and one can recieve the Eucharist there in good conscience. SSPX are fully Catholic but suspended in their priestly ministry. It is complicated, but one can go to their Masses.

The Ask An Apologist questions indicate differently, I did look it up before I posted. But anyway, I agree to disagree, I don’t want to overtake the thread with this.

Ask An Apologist =/= what is actually the case. Besides, that answer was from 2009. I am not saying we should all go there in droves. Just that, if out of necessity and with full knowledge of their situation you want to go, you may go. Don’t go there because you think the OF is invalid or anything like that. Go there because the 1962 Missal fulfills your spiritual needs.

Ideally, go to an FSSP/ICKSP or Diocesan Latin Mass. If there are none, SSPX is an option.
But anyway, I agree to disagree, I don’t want to overtake the thread with this.
I agree, let us stay on topic.

Yes, attendance does actually fulfill Mass obligations. Going to a sedevacantist chapel however doesn’t, because they are excommunicated and cut off from the Church. The SSPX had their excommunication lifted back in 2009. Their priests simply do not have faculties, which means they can’t hear confessions among other things.

If you read on in the thread, the topic was put aside. We agreed to disagree so as to not overtake the thread with irrelevant discussion.
