Extremely angry and frustrated

I really hate to post something like this. But I’m suffering with extreme anger and frustration with a lot of people, including myself, and I need prayers.
 
Hail Mary,
Full of grace,
The Lord is with Thee
Blessed art Thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus
Holy Mary
Mother of God
Pray for us sinners
Now and at the hour of death,
Amen
 
St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.

Amen.

I’m struggling with anger again, not as bad as last time, but I’m still struggling a lot.
 
Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, Implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in Thy mercy hear and answer me, Amen
 
I pray that God’s Holy Spirit will bring you comfort and self control; that you will be able to look at whatever or whoever is causing you anger and frustration through the eyes of Christ.

I pray that you will feel God’s presence with you and I ask that God our father leads you to people and situations that will bring you true joy. In Jesus’ name. Amen
 
I’m struggling a lot this evening, I had a minor squabble with my parents, I tried to keep it calm, but it left really angry and, I’m scared about what might happen tonight or tomorrow.

I want these thoughts to stop but I can’t take my mind off them, please pray!

That I might sin either that night or today, I slept well last night and didn’t sin, but throughout today I did have a few questionable thoughts.
 
I am improving, I have spent all of yesterday and today praying for healing, keep praying for me that I heal completely from this.
 
In impure way in the night, by yelling at someone, in the day.

By the way, I was doing well today, while dinner was being prepared, my brother started watching Trevor Noah, and that resulted in me having a lot of really angry thoughts. It wasn’t so much Trevor Noah that got me angry but rather, while the Show was playing, my mom made a comment and that started me having really angry thoughts.

Please keep praying, I certainly will be.
