FactCheck: Pro-Life Group Right on Obama Admin Funding Abortions

Washington, DC – A new report issued by the respected FactCheck.org web site based at the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania confirms the claims made last week by the National Right to Life Committee that the Obama administration had authorized abortion funding in three states.

I read about this a few days ago and was and am thoroughly disgusted. Obama lied. He said he would not let his administration fund abortions but yet he has done the exact opposite! :mad:

It seems, once the State of Pennsylvania gets their house in order, the only abortions covered by the temporary risk pools will be “in cases of rape or incest, or to save the life of the mother.” So although the initial claim by the NRLC is correct, Pennsylvania is saying that is not their intention and the language of the regulations will be changed. I guess we will have to wait and see.
