Ok, how would you tax the executive who is working 80 hours a week and neglecting his family. Would you give him the punitive tax or the fair tax?

That would be the “Spending too much time at the office tax”. Where anything over 60 hours would be taxed at the 125% tax rate.

It would still be cheap compared to divorce and broken families.

But the hope would be avoid them by having this specialized vice tax.
