I’m not sure if this is the right section to post this question, but here goes:
I have a friend who is a meth addict who’s in a very dark place now. If you google the effects of meth you will know that it damages the brain somewhat. I’m trying to get him to seek some professional help. But he’s been hanging around a bunch of protestants who insist on going to God only for help. So he’s been stubborn about getting help from professionals.
How do i explain to him that he needs human help too? He thinks it’s against his faith to get help other than from God.
