When they said to Jesus “Lord increase our faith” what sacrament did Jesus set up to do this? I am guessing the Mass. Is it theological faith that is built by taking the body and/or blood? Or another definition of faith?

Sacraments are a means by which we recieve grace.

There is no sacrament specifically created to increase faith.

The sacrament of baptism give us the 3 theological virtues of faith, hope and charity.
From there it is our responsibility to use them and increase them thru grace we receive.

Is that “grace we receive” the host or marian devotions? Mortal sin destroys these 3 right?

Here is a quote for Ott’s Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma:

“The grace by which we are justified may be lost, and is lost by every grievous [mortal, serious] sin. (De fide.)
The loss of sanctifying grace always involves the loss of Charity.”

So faith and hope are not lost necessarily thru every mortal sin.

Sanctifying grace, the life of God in the soul, may be increased thru acts of prayer, works, and charity. We do not see this increase of the life of God within us. We will only see it in the glorified people in heaven, where each will receive a greater or lesser degree of happiness based on the degree of sanctifying life we have acquired while on earth.

Marian devotions would be one of the ways to increase the life of God within us.
But the basis of all our good comes from sanctifying grace, for without that we are not pleasing to God. I am talking about those who have received baptism which is the sacrament which gives us this life.
