I thought I’d add a question here.

Where in the Bible does it say that faith = reason?
 
that would be the part about faith without works is dead. Sometimes the works part includes study and research.

Remember Chris we are not Protestants, everything is not in the Bible, it can be found in ECF writtings and church tradition.

This is an interesting interpretation. I’ll have to mull over it.
