He’s off the vent but still not doing well. He wears a trilogy at night and has CPAP during the day. All of my numerous questions for clarification went unanswered because those telling the information know very little. I’m hearing everything fourth hand. He’s also now on hemodialysis three times a week (also a very new thing for him). They are looking into rehab for him, but I know how these things go. He very well may end up in long term care instead. They are retesting him for COVID at this stage.

Update: He’s much worse and back on the vent. Fluid in the lungs, bleeding out of his trach, and unresponsive. They did a neuro eval to assess brain function, but I don’t know the results of that. Thank you to everyone who has been praying.
