Today during dinner me and my family were talking about, and my brother came up asking us who was the one who created god, how do we know who created god, and who created the world? I didnt really have an answer but all i did tell him was that i believed in god because he has done stuff for me that i know he exists and i know their is a good and evil in this world. We always have so many questions of how the world is how everything functions and how do we know god does exist. :confused:
 
God as he tell us in the bible has always exsisted as he says In the bible I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end (Revelations chapter22 verse 13) This means that god actually is the beginning he started everything and he created everything.
 
The question is best answered once we realize that God is not “a thing” at all, but rather the sheer act of “to be” itself (as Fr. Barron paraphrases St. Thomas Aquinas).
