For breakfast I had a banana and coffee. For lunch I ate two slices of bread with peanut butter. Supper was my big meal. I ate a smart one lasagna (no meat) a bagel and half a banana. Do you think this was in line with fasting requirements?

Did the two smaller meals add up to be less than the full meal? If so, then you met the requirements of fasting.

it’s fine to eat less then required right?

like what if you had three small meals instead of a large one and 2 small ones?

The sizes of meals are determined by the proportion of a “regular” meal for you.

Those meals that you mention seem pretty small to me, and it looks to me like you’re fine. But ultimately, only can be the judge of your “regular” meal size.

I say don’t worry about it; you ate very little. Good job!

Seriously? Thats not fasting… Thats eating a little less then normal.
