Lord’s been teaching me about fasting lately. I found a great website I just wanted to share with the community. It’s called

LivetheFast.org

I told myself I would practice what they taught today and I swear I was attacked by the enemy this morning. He hates it when we fast and pray. So I prayed the St. Michael prayer and now I feel better.
