So they are not forbidding him to speak about his daughter’s case. But if he does then he may go to jail? That sounds lie the end of free speech to me.
The Bill of Rights in the US slows down the totalitarians but it is fading fast. What you see on campuses today (i.e. free speech zones) will be extended to the whole country.
