Father leader of Household?

Is there any where in Scripture (maybe Leviticus?) that says the head male of the household should be the one who should be the leader in the household in learning Scripture? I thought I heard this once.
 
:bible1: Ephesians 5:22 - 24 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.

It does go on to tell about the husband’s responsibility, but is that what you are looking for?

34 The women are to keep silent in the churches; for they are not permitted to speak, but are to subject themselves, just as the Law also says.

From 1Cor14. This also could be what you are thinking of:
11 A woman must quietly receive instruction with entire submissiveness.
12 But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet.

I remember hearing this in church, and died in laughter, I LOVE THIS VERSE, lololol. My mother wasn’t too please, lol.
