Praying for the repose of Fr. Scanlan’s soul & for his family.
 
An architecture career comes to mind. Or designing video games.

We hired a very talented caricature artist with a degree in English to draw our guests at our wedding. It was a hit.

Drawing is one skill I would love to have, even as a hobby.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let Perpetual Light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through Your Mercy, rest in peace! Amen.
 
. . . Had a chance to hear Fr Scanlan speak at a major Faith rally up here in (I think it was) 1998 and have one of his books here and read another previously. If one were searching for a descriptive adjective to depict the way he conveyed the faith , I believe the word* awesome* would be a comfortable fit.

I will be praying for the repose of his soul, but will be progressing to fisherman carl’s proposal in a few days.
