Fatwas of Muslim Scholars and Organizations - Regarding the Qadiani (Ahmadiyya) Cult

Qadianism or Ahmadiyyat: It is a subversive movement against Islam and the Muslim world, which falsely and decietfully claims to be an Islamic sect; who under the guise of Islam and for the sake of mundane interests contrives and plans to damage the very foundations of Islam. Its eminent deviations from the basic Islamic principles are as follows:

1. Its founder claimed that he was a Prophet.
2. They deliberately distort the meanings of the verses of the Holy Quran.
3. They decalred that Jehad has been obolished.

Qadianism was originally fostered by the British imperialism. Hence it has been flourishing under her flag. This movement has completely been disloyal to and dishonest in affairs of the Muslim Ummah. Rather, it has been loyal to Imperialism and Zionism. It has deep associations and cooperation with the anti Islamic forces and teachings especially through the following nefarious methods:

1. Construction of mosques with the assistance of the anti Islamic forces wherin the misleading Qadiani thoughts are imparted to the people.
2. Opening of schools institutions and orphanages wherein the people are taught and trained as to how they can be more anti Islamic in their activities. They also published the corrupted versions of the Holy Quran in different local and international languages.

In order to combat these dangers, the Conference recommends the following measures:

1. All the Muslim organization in the world must keep a vigilant eye on all the activities of Qadianisin their respective countries; to confine them all strictly to their schools, institutions and orphanages only. Moreover he Muslims of the world be shown the true picture of Qadianism and be briefed of their various tactics so that the Muslims of the world be saved from their designs.
2. They must be declared non Muslims and ousted form the fold of Islam. And be barred to enter the Holy lands.
3. There must be no dealings with the Qadianis. They must be coycotted socially , economically and culturally Nor they be married with or to Nor they be allowed to be buried in the Muslims graveyards. And they be treated like other non Muslims.
4. All the Muslim countries must impose restrictions on the activities of the claimant of Prophethood Mirza Ghulam Ahmed Qadiani’s followers; must declare them a non Muslim minority must not etrust them them with any post of responsibility in any Muslim country.
5. The alterations effected by them in the Holy Quran must be made public and the people be briefed of them and all these be prohibited for further publication.
6. All such groups as are deviators from islam must be treated at par with the Qadianis.

Why do our regular Muslim posters keep silent whenever an Ahmadiyya member ridicules Christianity (we know exactly who we’re talking about here)? Is it because they are still considered ‘Muslim’ despite the numerous fatwas issued against them? How does the Ahmadiyya respond to such fatwas?

Sunee Muslims view here in SA that Ahmadiyya, Quranians, …etc, are considered to be false religions, and Saudi clerics don’t give them any attention at all because they consider them as a heresy.

The Ahmadis have survived despite severe opposition from the Muslims. They now number more than 170 Million in the world and they have established missions in about 190 countries of the world.

There is no truth in what the mainline Muslims say about Ahmadis. Ahmadis ignore their allegations and move on. I am surprised at the evaluation of the last poster who said that Ahmadis are more like the JW’s. I myself felt like that and found the JW’s extremely active and peaceful.

But lately, I found the JW’s to be wrong in many ways. I do not consider the JW’s to be guided. I find them wrong. I definitely had some good points about the JW’s but It was all wrong.**

I am now more informed about the JW’s. Yet I feel that their way of working and planning and zest is comparable to the Ahmadis only, even though they (JW’s) are wrong. I mean their effort etc.

We consider their fatwa’s as Jesus considered the edicts of Jewish Pharisees and Sadducees. Like Jesus we love them also as the Jews were from the line of Moses- the master of Jesus; likewise they, the traditional Muslims are from the line of Muhammad- the master of Second Coming 1835-1908, so we don’t hate them. May God Allah bless them!

We take authority from Quran and Sunnah; and that is sufficient for us, the rest we leave to God Allah YHWH, He is our Protector and Defender.

Neither party issued fatwas. So, if Jihad is no longer valid according to Ahmadi’s, why are some Muslims still living by the sword? Also, how do Ahmadi’s make pilgrimage to Mecca if they are not allowed there?

I have yet to come across any convincing argument for the Ahmadi sect. Many things about their beliefs go against fundamental islamic teaching. Such as Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s claim to be a prophethood in light of Quran 33:40 is outrageous.

Whether Ahmadis are right or wrong is a different matter, can be sorted out in a better way. I am writing about the Fatwas that is the base of this topic. Please do not be pleased with any Fatwas (religious edicts). They are mostly misleading. I cite here four examples.

1. According to Quran, Pharoah (king of Egypt) called Moses a Kafir. That was an official statement, from the ruler. (Could not be true). It is recorded in the Quran forever. Moses was not a Kafir but pharoah was the Kaafir.
2. The charge against Socrates that he was misleading the youth of Athens. Senate approved the punishment against him. That was an official fatwah.
3. The official verdict against Jesus from the court of Pilate was obtained under pressure against Jesus that he was a heretic who was misleading public. That was not any political matter. But it was politicised (made political as well as religious disturbance.)
4. The Fatwah (Religious edict) against the pure Imam Hussain a.s. was obtained by governor Ibne Ziad of Kufa from the Qadhi (justice) Sharieh. It was written that Hussain is Wajib al Qatl. That it was necessary to kill Hussain. Or, it was o.k. to kill Hussain, teh grand son of the prophet Muhammad. That was in the year 661 A.D. He was killed ruthlessly in Karbala due to that fatwah.

On top of that fatwah paper was written the name of Allah i.e. Bismillah i Al Rehman Al-Raheem. “In the name of Allah who is the Beneficient and most Merciful”.
That was an official order to kill Hussain a.s.

Please consider this subject in the light of various edicts issued in the past. they may not be right and true at all. Just be careful.

I mean if you admit (accept) the fatwas against Ahmadis then please be ready to accept the above mentioned edicts too.
