Does anyone here belong to the Faustinium? It is the lay association of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy. That is the Congregation that St. Faustina belonged to. She is now considered one of the foundresses of the Congregation. If anyone could tell me their experience with the Faustinium, I would be most interested (I don’t need the web site, I have that, thanks).

I do not belong to Faustinium but I am writing a research paper on Faustina and when I am done, I will come and visit this thread again. Jesus I trust in you 🙂
 
I had more or less joined the group about 7 years ago & was receiving information from Poland and the Sisters US House in Boston. I also bought a few books & pamphlets…
Then, everything suddenly stopped & I heard no more from the Sisters in Poland or the US.
So, that was my experience with the Faustinium…I assumed they decided to stop the program.

Acceding to the request of the General Council of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy, the Metropolitan of Cracow, Franciszek Cardinal Macharski, established, on the basis of Can. 312 § 1, no. 3 of the Code of Canon Law, on March 6, 1996, the Faustinum Association of Apostles of the Divine Mercy with its seat in the Shrine of Divine Mercy in Kraków-Łagiewniki. Cardinal Macharski granted the Association public, ecclesiastical juridical personality. Together with this decree, he also approved of the Statutes of the Association which is to bring God’s mercy to mankind."
