One that I find myself saying to the kids at breakfast as we’re trying to get them out of the house:
*Less talking, more eating!
*Another one that I like, to express surprise, disbelief, or disappointment about what someone has just said: Wha’ choo talkin’ 'bout Willis? (or insert another name in place of “Willis”)
One that applies to preparation (training/discussion/studies/pre-planned responses/planning/briefing the participants) for high risk activities that I’ll say just before starting-
“I could go on talking to you kids forever, but it’s time to play You Bet Your Life”
