You never know what some fine priest is cooking in your neighborhood. I lived just 7 miles from Grotto all my life and only discovered it in 2005.

Check this thread and if there is nothing or PA, bump the thread up by asking if anyone is aware of such a parish in your neck of the woods

I asked, and we have 2 in the diocese. I have yet to make up to the one here in Erie (but I am planning on next Sunday) and there is one in Hermitage, which is a bit far, but I am gonna drop by sometime.

You might be sorry you asked this question! 🙂

I found a lot of interesting sites by joining stumbleupon.com and choosing ‘catholic’ in my profile before surfing… good way to share those you find with other catholics too and spread the word… just be careful though, it’s addictive…

This list is always growing!

So many good sites - I’m begining to wish I didn’t have a job for I don’t have enough time to get through enough of these websites.

What great posts everyone!
God Bless!

newoxfordreview.org/

I just discovered this site and contains some interesting background on the organization. They have an “Anglican Catholic”
tradition although claim to be in union with the Roman rite since 1983. They have a conservative outlook on the news even though they are based in Berekley, CA!

And who gets to rate Catholic Culture???
Find something which contradicts Church doctrine or dogma at Catholic Culture.

If you look at specifics they have higlighted in those sites listed as RED, you will see that there are issues of dissent from Catholic teaching. Find a site that is rated red, that you have thoroughly looked at why it is labeled red, and tell me how you disagree with Catholic Culture in that specific instance.

They started as Anglicans, then converted to Catholicism, then went Traditional.
