Went to church twice on Trinity Sunday to hear it twice. Actually, I went three times, but there’s no singing of hymns in the hospital chapel…
Something wonderful happens every time I hear it.

I’ve always loved “Holy God, We Praise Thy Name.” On Sunday, whenever I have EWTN on at 6pm., they have Benediction that airs at that time. And at the end, The Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration sing this hymn…and they sing it most beautifully! And I always stop what I’m doing and listen.

Lift High the Cross! Everytime it is the closing hymn at Mass, I feel like enlisting in the Crusades.

It is a seriously great hymn.
