Perhaps, but I doubt it. It certainly would not match what we know she said “All generations shall call me blessed”. There is know over done, false sense of humility in that quote.
I won’t disagree with your first point… Mary had just been visit by an angel and was told that she is to be the mother of God and was talking to the her close relative… letting her know that she had been made holy and consecrated by God. I personally wouldn’t take that single quote a standard for how Mary would communicate her unique blessing to the world given that we don’t hear from her again in scripture like that.
Why not take that quote as a standard, it’s almost all we have. What else would we use? Well we know she was very assertive with her son, even when he was 30 years old.
Personally, I find the fact that she remained hidden and the fact that we have very little ‘action’ from Mary as the best indication of how she would like to be seen. I see the fact that she was relatively silent as far more telling than a single quote. I view that as a sign that she wants all attention on her Son, not herself.
She didn’t remain hidden really. She is mentioned more often in the Gospels more than 9 of the othe apostles.

I’m simply sharing how I live out my faith and mean no disrespect to your personal piety on the subject. I cherish my relationship with Mary and try pray to God with her everyday. She has helped me and my family greatly… Her example shows us the way… Mary is to be venerated as the new Eve who said yes to God, as the Mother of God and first Christian.
I understand, and I am sorry if I seemed overly argumentative. That’s why in my first post to you I prefixed it all with the word “perhaps”. And I understand that Mary is humble, the truest humility. But that does, IMO, mean that she is embarrassed by the titles bestowed on her by the Church. I believe she sees those titles as proper and the use of them beneficial to us. I believe Jesus would have the same view of those titles given to His mother. That is all.
