Thanks for all of the great answers! I researched a few after you mentioned them.
My favorite is my Confirmation saint, St. Gemma Galgani. She was so devoted to our Lord.
Also, St. Dymphna. I have mental problems as well as epilepsy, so of course I have to pray for her intercession since she is the patron saint of mental and neurological disorders.
Pope John Paul II will have to be a favorite, too, once he is one.
