What are the favorite TV shows that you are currently watching? I watch the Voice and Australia (which is on PBS), and I watch baseball (go Twins).

Sadly I do not get MLB Network with CableOne. BOOOOOO I do, however, enjoy Baseball Tonight on ESPN
 
We’re watching Star Trek re-runs on the Roku.
I do miss live baseball. Go Cubbies! 🤷…it could happen…

I also regularly watch G.K. Chesterton on EWTN, but not without a lot of wincing at some of the humor and hammy dramatic performances.

I love it on several levels
I think every family has characters that resemble some family member on the show, Uncle Si makes me miss my dear late father-in-law and Jase reminds me of my husband.
The show has nothing to bleep out or censor and it is a family show in every sense of the words.
They end every show with a sit down family meal and a prayer by Phil, the family patriarch and a synopsis of the moral of the episode by Willie the CEO.
What is not to like about a family that took something they were good at and made a fortune and have a lot of fun in the process?
Did you know Phil carries his bible with him all the time and if fans gather around he will preach a very current and relative sermon on the gospel with patriotism and common sense thrown in?
These are the kind of people who are just funny and they know it and are not embarrassed to be themselves and they want everyone to laugh with them.

I think on the whole TV is terrible!!! I do check EWTN every night – also usually watch “Law and Order” and “Criminal Minds”, and if it’s a story I don’t particularly like I turn it off. Have you watched “Undercover Boss” – it usually has an interesting story.
Did any of you watch the “Bible” on the History channel??? The man who played Jesus should get some kind of an award – he was excellent and I watched more TV that night than I’ve watched in years.
Frankly I’d just as soon go to bed and read a good book rather than some of this “junk” on TV.
 
Person of Interest - I LOVE this show!!
Once Upon A Time - I used to love this show. Now I watch it because I keep hoping they’ll step back from the cliff.

Cheers - just finished the entire thing on Netflix
The Office - I’m all caught up to this last season although I haven’t seen it since about the 4th or 5th episode.
 
btw

A very enjoyable move was The Big Year with Steve Martin, Jack Black, and that blond hair Owen something guy in a bird siting competition.

I really enjoyed it.
