Pius XII? Oh well the Americans re-elected Bush so there is no accounting for stupidity.

And you object to Pius XII for what reason?

I know that many people admire Saint Pius X and Pope John Paul II, myself included. They both had many wonderful qualities.👍 🙂

However, I am wondering what other 20th-Century Pope you admire, in addition to these two men of God.

I love Venerable Pope Pius XII!:amen:

Benedict XV, & Paul VI, I think 🙂

Come on people! Pius XII was very good, but don’t forget Leo XIII! He was next, surely.

Favorite: Pope St. Pius X (by a long shot)
My Choice for the Poll: Pope Pius XII
Least Favorite: Pope Paul VI

To admire both of these men at the same time is like admiring the abortion clinic protesters and the murderous doctors.

John Paul II was the quintessential modernist, and St. Pius X was the hammer of all hammers when it came to modernists and modernism.
