Definitely the wedding at Cana, which shows that no favour is too much trouble for Mary to request for us or for Him to grant us. Also his awesome forgiveness, of Peter who denied him, of the Apostles who ran away, of those who crucified him, and many others.
Another thing I particularly like is that fact that he stayed with the Apostles even after the resurrection. He kept teaching them and made sure they understood before He let them loose on the world. Even at the Ascension He promised they would never be left alone or without help - what a blessing!
