Fear of the Lord? How to?

What is the Catholic idea of fear of the Lord? I know I need more of it…I just dont know how.

Fear of the Lord is to have a deep respect and love for God and of His Holy Name which causes us to avoid sin out of a love and respect for the Lord.

To develop a healthy Fear of the Lord we must develop the virtue of humility that is required by accepting whatever happens to us as the Will of God and by confessing our sins and obeying the teaching authority of the Church and finally understanding that sins hurt our Lord and accepting his forgiveness of them.
