I hope you are aware that this year the 25th is the Fifth Sunday in Lent and a Lenten Sunday is ranked higher than the feast of the Annunciation, so the Annunciation is moved to Monday the 26th this year. To have Marian hymns on the fifth Sunday in Lent would be inappropriate.

The first question is which rite is being celebrated? I am assuming the Roman Rite in one of the two principle forms, and not say… a Bragan rite or what have you

I find this version particularly interesting… It is worth noting that I think this is for the other Feast of the Annunciation seven days before Christmas, which is also known as Expectation Day.
